Throughout the Bosnian War and meanwhile much of the Middle East ward were going on, the Muslims felt that it was a war based on defeating Muslims and it was happening because they were weak andvulnerable against the whole world do to the fact that they felt they were becoming far away from Islam.
During this conflict and even today, really big and powerful speeches were being spread out to allMuslims in order to turn into stronger people and show the world that they are different from the non-Islam and that by trying to fit in the western world they were insulting their Prophets and God. So during this period of time the Burqa and the Niqab began to be used a lot more than before, because if they did not cover up their face, hands, feet and whole body they felt guilty and far awayfrom God.
Now these days, with all the polemic of France and other European countries that are against woman violations, say that Islamic woman should not cover up.  According to President NicolasSarkozy “The Burka is not a sign of religion; it is a sign of subservience.  It will not be welcome on the territory of the French republic”[1] . He also mentioned that is enslavement for a woman to wearit and that they are in some kind of prison behind a mask.
They are two types of opinion on if a woman is forced or simply wants to cover her entire body.  The ones who say they do it because theywant to, have respectful reasons like there family or husbands did not make them wear it and that the Quran does not say they should cover their whole bodies, but the others who say that they are beingobligated have important aspects such as, Islam Religious say that if you are showing your skin and provoking other men you will burn in hell, so they are maybe not being obligated directly, but it isa threat.  Many Islamic women are obligated by their Father or husband and are asked not say that they are or they will be punished or tell them that they will be branded as traders.
