Flag/Shield | The National Flagis a rectangle divided into three vertical stripes of identical measures, with the colors in the following order from the flagpole: green, white and red. In the white band and center, is the national emblem, with a diameter of three quarters of the width of the strip. Anthem | The Mexican National Anthem is one of three national symbols of Mexico and became official in 1943 by decree of President ManuelÁvila Camacho. The original composition of the hymn consists of ten stanzas and a chorus, in letter referred to Mexican victories in the heat of battle and the tears spilled in defense of national territory. The Mexican national anthem was written in 1853 by poet Francisco González Bocanegra potosino and music by Spanish composer Jaime Nuno Roca in 1854.
