RESUMEN
En este proyecto se procede a integrar un preset de herramientas de baja vida útil en las líneas de ladder
frame, con el fin reducir el tiempo de afectación por cambio de herramienta y así cumplir con el
objetivo señalado dentro de las grandes pérdidas.
Primeramente se realizó una investigación de cantidad de cambiosde herramienta que se realizaron
durante el periodo ENE-MAR 2013, y el tiempo de afectación que se llevó hacer dichos cambios. Para
tener datos más exactos se revisaron los reportes de producción y las bitácoras del área de herramental,
en ambos reportes quedan registrados los conceptos que nos arrojarían la información requerida.
Las herramientas seleccionadas para el preset fueron las quesegún las gráficas de Pareto nos arrojan la
mayor cantidad de cambios, que a su vez provoca que se acumule un mayor tiempo de paro por cambio
de herramienta.

ABSTRACT
In this project we proceed to integrate a presetlower tool life in ladder frame lines, in order to reduce
the time of impact for tool change and thus meet the stated objective within large losses.
First we conducted a number of research tool changes that were made during the period JAN-MAR
2013, and the time of impact that such changes took. To get more accurate data reports were reviewed
and blogs production tooling area, in both reportsare recorded the concepts that would yield the
required information.
The tools were selected for the preset which according Pareto charts we yield as many changes, which
in turn causes a greater buildup downtime for tool change.
