Abstract
The creation of a Benefits Election System using Microsoft Project to track the implementation and completion of the project. Microsoft Project will also be used to manage, track and report the progress of Benefits Election System software development to the management team. TheBenefits Election System will support the tracking and reporting of employee benefits. This report will also explain the basic entries of tasks and describe the concept of precedence diagramming and identify finish-to-start, start-to-start, finish-to-finish, and start-to-finish activity relationships in Microsoft Project. And the allocation of resources to the appropriate sub-tasks having inconsideration the following given cost:
Analyst $50.00/hour + $15.00/hour overburden
Designer  $40.00/hour + $12.00/hour overburden
Developer  $30.00/hour + $9.00/hour overburden
Trainer  $30.00/hour + $9.00/hour overburden
