The 22nd International Conference on Electronics, Communications and Computing (CONIELECOMP 2012) is organized by the Department of Computing, Electronics andMechatronics of the Universidad de las Américas Puebla, and co-sponsored by IEEE Section Puebla. CONIELECOMP 2012 will be held in Cholula, Puebla, México, on February 27 - 29, 2012. The aim ofCONIELECOMP is to provide a forum for scientists, students and engineers throughout the world to present and exchange ideas and results from original research and applications in the listed technical areasbut not restricted to them. The conference will feature keynote speakers, tutorial courses and technical sessions.
