Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing inorder to apply for the position of manager. I would like also to receive further information about the schedule in general.
I have just finished my tourism degree at Barcelona University. I considermyself as being a reliable and also a hard-working person, who doesn’t mind working on evenings or weekends, just the type of person you’re looking for. In addition, my friends think I am adeterminate, responsible and thick-skinned person. I speak Catalan, Spanish, Romanian and I have the basic knowledge of French.
I have worked as a manager before at a Catalan restaurant before in Girona andalso at my father’s bar in a small village, near to the city mentioned above. This is the ideal job for me given my enthusiasm for new challenges, the fact that I get along with people easily and thefact that I can manage myself pretty well in stressful and demanding tasks or situations. Consequently, I would really like to work in your restaurant. In my opinion, this position requires being ableto get down to work immediately and I honestly think that I have that ability. My only defect is that I may be a little too strict on what I do and work more than most people do.
