AUDITOR

Professional is someone who is dedicated to audit work regularly with freedom to pursue a technical occupation.
The audit team has a number of functions designed to study, analyze and diagnose the structure and functioning of an organization.
The functions of the auditor type are:
• Study the regulations, mission, objectives, policies, strategies, plans and work programs.
•Develop the work program of an audit.
• Define the objectives, scope and methodology to implement an audit.
• Capture the information necessary to evaluate the functionality and effectiveness of processes, functions and systems used.
• Collect and review statistics on volumes and workloads.
• Diagnose the methods of operation and information systems.
• Identify the evidence and findingsand incorporate them into working papers.
• Respect the rules of engagement handed down by descent groups, corporate, sectoral and policy makers and, where appropriate, globalizing.
• Propose administrative systems and / or changes allowing increased organizational effectiveness
• Analyze the structure and functioning of the organization in all areas and levels
• Review the flow of data andforms.
• Consider the environmental and economic variables that affect the functioning of the organization.
• Review space allocation and use of office equipment.
• assessing the accounting records and financial information.
• Maintain the level of performance through continuous interaction and review progress.
• Propose the elements of technology required to drive organizational change.Design and prepare progress reports and reports of an audit.

Skills must possess
It is desirable that the audit team has a preparation according to the requirements of an administrative audit, as this will allow you to interact in a natural and consistent with the study of mechanisms one way or another be used during development.

Academic
Studies at technical, undergraduate or graduate degree in administration, computers, communication, political science, public administration, industrial relations, industrial engineering, psychology, pedagogy, systems engineering, accounting, law, international relations and graphic design.
Other specialties such as actuary, math, engineering and architecture,can be contemplated provided that they have received training to enable them to participate in the study.

Complementary
Instruction in this area, obtained during professional life through graduates, seminars, forums and workshops, among others.

Empirical
Knowledge resulting from the implementation of audits in different institutions without a graduate degree.
Additionally, you shouldlearn to operate computer equipment and office and master the language they are part of the working dynamics of the organization under review. They will also take into account and understand organizational behavior coded in their culture.
A continuous updating of knowledge will enable the auditor to acquire the maturity of view required for the exercise of their duties in a prudent and fair.Skills and abilities
As a complement to training, theoretical and / or practice, the audit team demand other qualities that are crucial in their work product relating to personal resources and gifts of its development are intrinsic to its character.
The expression of these attributes may vary according to the mode of being and must be in each particular case, however it is appropriate, whois given the task of fulfilling the role of auditor, is a keeper of the following :
