Reflective paper
According with the selection of readings and the definitions that was find in internet about curriculum development, it is a dynamic and ever-changing way to create aseries of planned learning experience. This planning is made through a process of selecting, organizing, executing, and evaluating learning experiences on the basis of the needs, abilitiesand interests of the learner, the nature, the society or community. In other word, it is the organized preparation of whatever is going to be taught in schools at a given time in a givenyear, as guides for teachers.
In the practices in the public school, the develop of the lessons plan is a example of the curriculum development that the student of the bilingual education haveto do. The selection of the materials, the planning of the classes, the strategies, the methodologies, and many others important things. All of these things compound the curriculum andhelp to the student to improve their own design of curriculum. And in a personal experience, I learned to created a interesting material by my students, is very important that my students payattention to my classes, another important experience important to me is the planning of the classes, because I guide mi class according with the lesson plan.
In conclusion, this processinvolve to the teachers and all the school, it is a set of many aspect that help to the learning process of the student, in the case of my students, they said that they like the method thatI used in the practice. In this practice, I have to work with Jonny Rodriguez, and we learned very much the one of the other, he help to me to create an interesting lesson plan, and I helpto him to develop the class, it was a reciprocal work. It was a excellent experience to my future, and I hope, that all this experiences impure my form of create a very good curriculum.
