1.-The inmate has the same rights as free citizens without other limitations than those imposed by law and order accordingly.
1.-El interno goza de los mismos derechos que el ciudadano en libertad sin más limitaciones que las impuestaspor la ley y la sentencia respectiva.

2.-The inmate housed in a suitable environment and is subject to comprehensive treatment from admission to release.
2.-El interno ocupa un ambiente adecuado y está sujeto a tratamiento integral desde su ingreso hasta su liberación

3.-The intern must be called by name.
3.-El interno debe ser llamado por su nombre.

4.-Upon entering prison, the inmateis examined by the health service to meet their physical and mental. If there are traces of physical abuse, is reported immediately to the Public Prosecutor and, where appropriate, the competent judge.
4.-Al ingresar al Establecimiento Penitenciario, el interno es examinado por el servicio de salud para conocer su estado físico y mental. Si se encuentran huellas de maltratos físicos, se comunicainmediatamente al representante del Ministerio Público y, en su caso, al Juez competente.

5.- Interns may be cultural or athletic groups and those that authorize regulation.
5.-Los internos pueden formar agrupaciones culturales o deportivas y aquellas que el Reglamento autorice.

6.-The inmate has the right to communicate immediately with his family and lawyer admission or transfer toanother prison.
6.-El interno tiene derecho a comunicar inmediatamente a su familia y abogado su ingreso o su traslado a otro Establecimiento Penitenciario.

7.-When entering a prison, the inmate is informed of their rights and obligations and is given a booklet on the rules governing life in the Establishment. If he is illiterate, this information is provided to you orally.
7.-Al ingresar a unEstablecimiento Penitenciario, al interno se le informa de sus derechos y obligaciones y se le entrega una cartilla con las normas de vida que rigen en el Establecimiento. Si es analfabeto, dicha información le es proporcionada oralmente.

8.-When entering a prison, the inmate is informed of their rights and obligations and is given a booklet on the rules governing life in the Establishment. If heis illiterate, this information is provided to you orally.
8.-Al ingresar a un Establecimiento Penitenciario, el interno es informado de sus derechos y obligaciones y se le entrega una cartilla con las normas de vida que rigen en el Establecimiento. Si es analfabeto, dicha información le es proporcionada oralmente.

9.-Each inmate has an identification card and a personal penological abouttheir legal status and treatment of prisoners. You have the right to know and be informed of the file.
9.-Cada interno tiene una ficha de identificación penológica y un expediente personal respecto a su situación jurídica y tratamiento penitenciario. Tiene derecho a conocer y ser informado de dicho expediente.

10.-The prisoner has the right to lodge complaints and petitions to the Director of thePenitentiary.
If not addressed, the inmate may appeal, by any means, the representative of the Attorney General.
10.-El interno tiene derecho a formular quejas y peticiones ante el Director del Establecimiento Penitenciario.
En caso de no ser atendido, el interno puede recurrir, por cualquier medio, al representante del Ministerio Público.

11.-Reviews and internal records of theirbelongings or the environment it occupies, is made in the presence of the Director or Deputy Director and Head of Security Establishment, if they are routine. In the case of sudden or extraordinary, must include the presence of the Public Prosecutor.
