This report is a study of the entrepreuneurship with the opening of a British Takeaway restaurant light and natural, focusing on product quality, speed of delivery and rely on the supply of typical British dishes but with homemade quality and what has been learnt from the module of XXXXXXXXXX

I have used some book referecies given by the tutor to help me in analyse mistakes and avoid thefailure to our project and as a self-critic, as well as some guidance to achieve a real success one day to a real business.

We found out that in the area of Hounslow (Chiswick, Richmond and brentford) there was a lack of Britsh Takeaway.

There has been a revival of British cuisine recently, helped by the Queens’ Diamond Jubilee, the Royal Wedding and the Olympics. TV chefs such as HughFearnley-Whittingstall, Jamie Oliver has been highlighting the environmental and health benefits of preparing homegrown produce and dishes. Therefore we thought that the idea of the Britsh Takeaway would be suitable for the momment and wave of British cuisine coming back to our tables.

We had the idea of business and also identify a business that was in absence in certains area of London, now it wastime to work what we have learned in the classroom and put into practice all the basic principles as entrepreneurs and future business men.

An entrepreneur should be aware that anyone who climbs on the podium without risks triumphs without glory. There is no luck, chance, fate, but we have to use the tools given in the learning process to be the author of our story.

I have learnt the dimension of entrepreneurs - Enterprise processes, corporate entrepreneurship, techno enterprise, local development, ethnic entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, behaviour, operations management, management human resources, activity systems, entrepreneurship support systems and government policies.

For Stokes “A etrepreneurship is the process of creatingsomething new of value by devoting the necessary time and effort, assuming the accompanying financial, psycs and social risks and receiving the resulting rewards of monetary and personal satisfaction and independence”. Stokes (2010 page 17).

We have tried to make use of what we have been taught in the classes devoting time and effort to receive in the future the reward for being a entrepreneur withthe assistence of our tutor and colleagues sharing their experience and work projects.

We have tried to bring the attention to our business making it special unique a real business where people would stop to see a good advert trying to use everything we could to persuade our future clients that we have something special.

The unique selling point of the business is that we are not a normaltakeaway. Our service encourages families to sit around the table instead of the TV and provides them with the satisfaction of eating a hearty home cooked meal without the hassle. Our Sunday roasts will be our speciality, feeding the whole family for a reasonable price and can be pre-ordered so we can deliver at a specified time if needed.
All meals will be as fresh as possible, made on thepremises and sourced from local producers wherever possible.
The branding of the business will be consistent throughout all marketing, menus and on-site.

As already mentioned before, the main products marketed by the company are healthy British Takeaway, preferably organic natural striving for the provision of services with speed, efficiency and quality.
