STATEMENTS:
THE LESSOR declares byconduct of its board of directors president MR. KEVIN CHAN CHOI YOON:
I. That its represented is a commerce company established according with commerce laws, as is stated in public notarial instrument number 7,890 from the volume 170 of the protocol in charge of Public Notary number four of the city of Ensenada, Baja California, dated in July 21 of 1994, with contributors federalnumber _________________, in which the activities are leasing and subleasing of real estate and movable assets to use with the purpose of exploitation of national and foreign tourism.
II. That has the necessary faculties to celebrate the present contract and obligate the company in the terms of the powers given by the company, in in Public Notarial Instrument Number53,686, Volume 936 dated in September 14 of 2006, of the protocol of the Public Notary number four of the city of Ensenada, Baja California, such powers have not been revoked nor limited in any way, such declaration is made under affirmation that the statements described herein are truthful.
III. That it’s represented is authorized to administrate and give in lease agreement the lot 24 ofthe then known suburb, in the village known as Bahia San Luis Gonzaga, El Marmol district in the city of Ensenada, Baja California, with a surface area of ____________ square meters, such measure is stated in the following construction scheme:

In the surface area mentioned in the first paragraph of the last declaration, there is a landsection of ________ square meters, that only for identification purposes the parties describe as lot (s) “_____”, such lot has the measures and distances described in the following construction scheme:

IN LEASE:
The portion of land described in the last construction scheme, has the following address: Street_________ letter “__” in CampoPunta Final, inside lot 24 of the then known suburb San Luis Gonzaga, in the village known as Bahia San Luis Gonzaga, El Marmol district in the city of Ensenada, Baja California, hereafter and for all matters of this contract will be referred as the LEASED REAL ESTATE; the before mentioned address has been deduced from the map that contains the land division and streets made by “THE LESSOR” andwhich “THE LESEE” acknowledges and accepts such as is.
IV. That the LEASED REAL ESTATE described in the previous declaration III, is in condition of being leased in accordance with the purposes proposed by “THE LESEE”.
“THE LESEE” declares:
V. That in accordance with the general information, the nationality is ____________________,marital status ____________, to have legal residence in Mexico according to immigration document _______________________________, number ____________ , issued by _________________________.
VI. That under the terms and conditions established in this document, agrees to sign this leasing contract by virtue of which may have the temporary enjoyment of property of the LEASEDREAL ESTATE, to be used as residential property.
VII. That knows perfectly the location, measures, adjacencies and conditions of the LEASED REAL STATE, in accordance with the construction scheme that is attached to this contract as ONLY APPENDIX, which is reproduced in here and once its signed by the parties, it’s going to be wholly part of this contract....
